Bridges on Broadway, located at 599 East Broadway in Eugene, OR, represents the next step in Lane County’s Project Turnkey initiative. This project transformed a former 50-room Red Lion Hotel into a 57-unit Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) community designed to serve individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. The renovation involved the development of a ground-floor community space and office areas, installing a new elevator, and adding a fourth-floor featuring residential units.
